ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.
2. Provide a valid Federal Tax-Exempt Number.
3. Must provide sales tax exemption certificate or form.
4. Agree to sell washes at full retail price (Basic $11 and Ultimate $22).
