DO I NEED MY UNLIMITED PASS NUMBER TO CANCEL OR UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ONLINE?
Yes. If you do not have your pass number, please call us at 844-280-WASH (9274) or send us an email at [email protected]. We are available Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm. We can complete your transaction over the phone or provide you with your pass number for you to complete it online.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP USING MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED PASS AFTER I CANCEL?
Your monthly Unlimited pass will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to use it during that time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM CANCELLING A PASS FOR A VEHICLE I NO LONGER HAVE?
You may complete your cancellation and then transfer your pass to another vehicle to use your remaining time. Simply bring your pass number with you to a Mike’s Carwash location and let an associate know that you need a new sticker. They will transfer your account and you can continue to wash until your next bill date.

WILL I GET A REFUND AFTER CANCELLING MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED PASS?
No you will not receive a refund after cancelling. Your Unlimited pass will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to use it during that time. Mike’s Carwash does not issue mid-month refunds for cancellations.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO REACTIVATE MY UNLIMITED PASS IN THE FUTURE?
Leave your barcode sticker on your windshield. When you are ready to reactivate your account, simply drive through any Mike’s location. They will scan your pass, swipe your credit card and get your account restarted.

IF I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR CANCEL MY PASS ONLINE, WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
Yes. After you have submitted your request, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MY UNLIMITED PLAN?
Unlimited Terms & Conditions

  • All monthly Unlimited plans are an automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the date the plan was enrolled, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
  • Promotional offers are valid one time per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the promotional rate, it will not be guaranteed an additional 90 days of promotional pricing and regular rates will apply.
  • Unlimited plans activated at a promotional discount will be locked in so long as the plan remains active. Mike's Carwash reserves the right to change pricing, but discount will still apply. Accounts can still be discontinued at any time; however, promotional rates will not reapply if plan is reactivated after a cancellation. Discounts may vary in different markets, contact Mike’s Support for more details 844-280-WASH (9274).
  • Special retention pricing is guaranteed for 12 consecutive months on our top three wash packages. Mike's Carwash reserves the right to change pricing after the 12-month period. Accounts can still be discontinued at any time; however, promotional rates will not apply if you rejoin after a cancellation. Monthly rate might increase after the 12-month period with notification from Mike's Carwash if contact information is accurate. All special pricing is based off retail pricing.
  • Introductory pricing is guaranteed for the promotional period from the date you sign up. After your final charge at the special introductory rate, your monthly charge will increase to our regularly advertised price for the plan you have selected.
  • Unlimited Club membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you give cancellation notification to our Support Team. Cancellation requests must be made by phone or by submitting a request online at least 1 business day before your monthly billing date.
  • Customer Support hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST.
  • No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
  • Mike's Carwash may terminate a plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
  • Monthly rates may increase without individual member notification from Mike's Carwash. However, passive notification of any increases to our regularly advertised plan pricing will be posted at all locations 30 days or more in advance of the price increase taking effect.
  • Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the either interior bottom of the front windshield on the driver's side or inside the driver's door jamb.
  • Vehicles must meet Mike's safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.
  • Mike's Carwash reserves the right to terminate Unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
  • Mike's Carwash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
  • By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Mike's to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Mike's.
  • Cash or Mike's Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic monthly recharge plans. Frequent washers who want to pay cash can purchase a 6-month Unlimited pass.
  • Program activation is available only through Mike's Carwash location(s). Reactivation can be done at the carwash location or by calling the Customer Support Team.
  • Unlimited Memberships are not for use on dealership owned vehicles.
  • Enrollment into Mike's Carwash Unlimited Plan is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
