Q:  Do I need my Unlimited pass number to cancel or update my credit card number online?

Yes.  If you do not have your pass number, please call us at 844-280-9274 or 513-677-4700 or send us an email at mikessupport@mikescarwash.com. We are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. We can complete your transaction over the phone or provide you with your pass number for you to complete it online.

 

Q: How long can I keep using my monthly Unlimited pass after I cancel?

Your monthly Unlimited pass will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to use it during that time.

 

Q: What should I do if I am cancelling a pass for a vehicle I no longer I have?

You may complete your cancellation and then transfer your pass to another vehicle to use your remaining time. Simply bring your pass number with you to a Mike’s Carwash locations and let an associate know that you need a new sticker. They will transfer your account and you can continue to wash until your next bill date.

 

Q: Will I get a refund after cancelling my monthly Unlimited pass?

No you will not receive a refund after cancelling. Your Unlimited pass will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to use it during that time. Mike’s Carwash does not issue mid-month refunds for cancellations.

 

Q: What should I do if I want to reactivate my Unlimited pass in the future?

Leave your barcode sticker on your windshield. When you are ready to reactivate your account, simply drive through any Mike’s location. They will scan your pass, swipe your credit card and get your account restarted.

 

Q: Will I receive an email confirmation for my credit card number change or pass cancellation?

Yes. After you have submitted your request, you will be sent an email confirmation to the email address you provided.
